Guy Perry

President, Diriyah Gate Development Company Guy Perry is the president of Diriyah Gate Development Company (DGCL), an ambitious new district surrounding the birthplace of the Kingdom, At-Taraif. He has a multidisciplinary background in design, development and consulting. Guy’s design experience includes work with Ricardo Bofill (Spain), SOM (US), HOK (US) and AECOM (Hong Kong). As a developer he worked with Kajima Corporation (Japan, France), TrizecHahn (UK) and the Essel Group (India). Prior to joining DGCL he advised clients worldwide regarding design and development on behalf of McKinsey & Co. While presiding over his own design and development firm, IN-VI, his projects received top accolades from ULI, ISOCARP, the International Property Awards, FIABCI to name a few.
