Guillaume joined Hotel Café Royal in 2017 the company in November as The Set Collection continued to build and develop Hotel Café Royal as a truly iconic luxury destination in the London market. Having worked in some of London’s most admired and notable hotels, Guillaume brings with him the level of expertise and experience necessary to take on a property of Hotel Café Royal’s size and reputation. Guillaume arrived from the ME London, where he has held the position of General Manager since February 2015. Prior to that he was Managing Director of André Balazs Hotels where he oversaw the hugely successful launch of Chiltern Firehouse in London.
