Senior Director of Luxury Development, North America for Hilton
Erik Eveleigh serves as the Senior Director of Luxury Development, North America for Hilton, Inc. In this capacity, he is part of the luxury development team tasked with the expansion of the company’s luxury platform, accomplished through sourcing new luxury opportunities, acting as the team lead on branding proposals, programming and design consultation, market & feasibility underwriting, the submission of RFP responses, and the negotiation of Definitive Agreements. Erik has been integral to the expansion efforts for Hilton’s luxury portfolio, having successfully secured agreements for landmark assets open and trading today, including the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas, Hotel Del Coronado, London Hotel New York, and Resorts World Las Vegas as well as future flagships currently in development including the Waldorf Astoria Miami, and Conrad Los Angeles.
Prior to joining Hilton’s Development team he was a member of the Feasibility & Investment Analysis team for Hilton where he provided internal consulting, financial projections, market analysis, ROI assessments, and acquisition & disposition valuations. Combined Erik has been with Hilton since 2006.
Erik’s formal education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic University, Pomona with a concentration in International Business received in 2004, and two Master’s Degrees at the University of Southern California received in 2011; in Real Estate Development as well as Urban Planning. Lastly, he completed two certificate programs from Cornell University in 2013 focused on Hotel Revenue Management and Pricing and Demand Strategy.
