Caroline MacDonald

Caroline oversees operations in the Americas for Rosewood Hotel Group. With over 25 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry, Caroline held previous positions within Rosewood Hotel Group including overseeing the sales and marketing function. Prior to joining Rosewood, she spent 15 years with Auberge Resorts including roles as chief marketing officer and senior vice president of sales and marketing. She was recently recognized as one of Los Angeles’s Woman of Influence by American City Business Journals and Bizwomen for 2016.
