Andrew Miele

As Head of Development, Americas, Andrew has responsibility for growing the Six Senses portfolio of hotels, resorts, and clubs across the Americas. Prior to joining Six Senses he spent 13 years at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where he oversaw and lead the growth and due diligence on a number of projects and openings internationally, including the exponential growth of the branded residential business in the Americas.

Andrew was one of Ontario Hostelry Institute’s 2011 Top 30 Under 30, recognizing the hospitality industries’ top young performers. In 2015 he received the Distinguished Alumni Award from Niagara College, where he graduated, and in the same year, he was selected by LinkedIn for its inaugural “Next Wave” list which highlights 150 people under 35 that are transforming their respective industries.

Aside from his work commitments with Six Senses, Andrew serves on the Urban Land Institute National Hotel Development Council, the GRI Global Committee on Sustainable Hospitality, and is a Board Member of Hospitality Think Tank. He is also a member of The International Ecotourism Society and Wellbeing Economy Alliance.

He and his wife, Valentina, love to fish, free dive, and scuba dive. They are alsoRegistered Yoga Teachers and keen students of human performance and longevity. They reside in Florida.
